Dear Chinquapin Homeowner,
Season's Greeting from Chinquapin! Below are a few items of note from your Board of Directors:
- We are pleased to announce that the HOA was successful in obtaining insurance for the property for another year. We had budgeted $1,125,000 and the total came in Just under $1,000,000 – still high, but significantly under budget!
- The recent storms (and more to come!) have allowed all the ski areas to open and the skiing if great! If you’re coming up over the holiday weeks, it will be busy.
- During this holiday season, we’d like to remind everyone to be courteous of your fellow owners, drive carefully in Chinquapin, and if you have pets, please remember to keep them on a leash in the common areas. Thank you!
