The Insurance Committee is an advisory committee to the CHOA Board of Directors. The Insurance Committee chairman is a member of the CHOA Board of Directors and committee members may also be on the board or may be volunteer homeowners. The committee works with CHOA staff to secure insurance coverage that meets the CHOA governing document requirements and to be proactive with risk management practices at Chinquapin. The committee is here to assist homeowners in all questions and logistics of insurance coverage at Chinquapin. Homeowners interested in volunteering for the committee should contact the board president or the Insurance committee chair.
