At the beginning of each Board year, beginning with the Board meeting directly preceding the Annual Homeowners Meeting on the Saturday before Labor Day, the Board determines the dates for "Scheduled Board Meetings" for the year.
Please check this list PRIOR to each meeting to ascertain that the meeting location or time has not been changed at the last minute. Members may also attend by telephone or Zoom. All meetings are held at Chinquapin in the Carriage House unless otherwise noted. The contact information is published with each meeting agenda.
