Individual town homes and condominiums are available for short and long term rentals. They are rented by owners and through the onsite rental and sales office of Packard Realty. All rentals are subject to the rules and regulations of the Chinquapin Homeowners Association. All renters have access to the common area facilities such as swimming pool, tennis Courts, and water front.
