Renters of Chinquapin units may use all of the amenities offered at Chinquapin. Use of the amenities are subject to all of the rules and Regulations at Chinquapin.  Please respect your neighbors and the rules so that everyone has an excellent experience.

Depending on availability, the amenities would include use of a buoy for a boat. This use is subject to a rental fee and users will be subject to all of the rules and regulations for buoy use. 2018 Chinquapin Visitors Buoy Rental Agreement
