Note from CHOA Treasurer

Dear Homeowners,
As you know, due to consistent increases in insurance premiums, we were faced with a budgetary challenge - covering our operating expenses. In November, the board voted to increase the dues to cover insurance costs and other inflation sensitive costs. In addition the board voted for an $800 assessment for forest management fire abatement work.
We are pleased to inform you that our insurance cost came in slightly less than we budgeted. The board passes a motion to eliminate the $800 assessment and use the savings from insurance costs towards forest management fire abatement work.
Sincerely,
Anne Mitchell
CHOA Treasurer
