The Buildings Committee oversees the long-term scheduled maintenance of the Buildings at Chinquapin. This includes oversight of siding, painting, roofing, decks, and starways. The current Committee mebers are Carl Bertelsen, Terry Sarvas, Cris Wedekind, and Jeff Giacomi.
