The meeting was called to order at 10:55 AM

 

Motion was made and passed unanimously to approve the following Board Officer positions for 2021 - 2022.

 

President  -  Steve Giacomi

Vice President  -  Terry Sarvas

Treasurer  -  Annie Mitchell

Secretary  -  Chuck Lanham

 

Assigned Committee Chairs to each of the Board Committees and reviewed candidates for assignment to each of the committees.

 

President Giacomi adjourned the meeting at 11:15 AM.
