Amended and Consolidated Rules & Regulations
“Architectural Review Committee” or “ARC” means the committee created in
accordance with Article V of the CC&R’s attached. One of the charters of the ARC
is to keep the appearance of Chinquapin, consistent with the design theme that
has served it well over its first forty years.
As an appurtenance to the ARC, there are certain Guidelines or Rules to be
followed relating to Requests for Architectural Approval by individual
Homeowner’s or the CHOA Board for improvements, repairs or upgrades to the
individual Homeowner’s unit or common area within the Chinquapin development.
These consist of the following:
