Grounds Control Committee

- The grounds committee is to help keep Chinquapin in its alpine appearance. We will help to improve on it as possible with new planting and good forestry. We are also aware of fire danger, and will plan to maintain that according to best management procedures. We would like to help homeowners improve areas around their individual units as per
guidelines listed on the web site. We will of course do all of this within TRPA guidelines.

The recommendations should include an initial assessment of the costs associated with each addition or change, and a recommended source of funding. The committee will deal with newly recommended additions or changes, and not with on-going maintenance of the property.
- The committee will start with the projects relating to Area Lighting and Broadband/TV communications. Also high on the list are changes to the pool bath/sauna area to more effectively use the space, while giving consideration to creating a workout facility.
